The first part of today's live lesson was a wrap on the explanatory writing unit. Essays are starting to come in--thank you--and I will be grading a lot the next few days. The last part of class looks at the Prologue and first chapter of Kindred. Thursday we'll start looking more specifically at the short stories of the next unit and discuss through the chapter entitled 'The Fire' in Kindred.
